Needed an oil change and tire rotation, and vehicle inspection. Appointment was easy and perfect time. I requested first appointment at 7am. Arrived 5 minutes late. Checked car in with extremely competent Service Managers. Sat down in chair, meditated for 20 minutes, got cup of coffee and sat for 5 minutes before Vehicle was ready, washed and waiting by door. Paid bill and was driving away at 7:50 am. Great service, fast and efficient. Service manager answered my questions and had extra time to early morning shopping. Great staff.

My car was involved in a collision and your body shop was recommended by a friend. Joe in the body shop was really sharp he told me what needed to be done and approximate time it would be completed. There was also hidden damage once they diassambled the car and Joe and his team did not miss a beat. It was complete on the day he gave me and, Wow I was very impressed with the job! Would go again and recommend to others . Thank you.

Fantastic service. I was the last in my family to recieve a vehicle from this dealership and all 4 times the dealership has treated my family with love and respect. Courtney is absolutely awesome, she treated us like family, and helped us get what we needed. She, along with everyone else are great people, and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you.

Excellent experience buying my latest vehicle. My salesman Bill was professional, courteous, and committed to finding the right car for me. There was never any pressure, I was treated like family right from the start. The finance team made the process extremely easy. Bob Gillingham Ford has earned a lifelong customer!

My Jeep was not even 2 weeks old when it was hit in the rear bumper. The insurance company sent me to Bob Gillingham Ford and I am glad they did. Joe greeted me and assured me he would take care of things, well he did and it was over the top. I had my Jeep back in one day! The entire staff experience was amazing so Thank you Scott, Joe and Amy for making my experience there a fantastic one!
